No member of the trust shall be liable personally for any expenditure or liability of the trust or loss to the trust, unless she is guilty of fraud, or caused loss to the trust by willful negligence, breach of trust or by action against provision of trust.
No trust members shall take or use any trust fund or property or the trust for his personal or private use.
No trust member shall be interested directly or indirectly in any contract made with the trust or in any contract or transaction of the trust involving financial interest.
